All custom quotes are sent via email in writing. Verbal quotes will not be honored. All custom goods are final sale, no exceptions, customer is liable to review order confirmations for accuracy.  


Definition

The alteration of an existing style consists in bringing modification to a style from our regular catalog. It could be to shrink a garment or to add components. For instance, reflective tape or a microphone loop.

Concerned styles

All styles currently active or in stock can be altered.


Lead time

Approximately 15 business days are to be expected for the alteration of a garment in stock.


Minimum quantity

All custom orders require a custom part number to be created known as a convertible style. A one time 50$ admin fee will be applied to the first order only if the order is less than 50 units to cover the convertible style creation. If initial order is 50 units or more admin fee is waived. All future orders will not be subject to the admin fee once the part number is created.
