Embroidery Custom Order Policy | Alterations of existing styles 

All custom quotes are sent via email in writing. Verbal quotes will not be honored. All custom goods are final sale, no exceptions, customer is liable to review order confirmations for accuracy.  


Lead time

Approximately 15 business days are to be expected for the alteration of a garment in stock.


Minimum quantity

All custom orders require a custom part number to be created known as a convertible style. A one time 100$ admin fee will be applied to the first order only if the order is less than 50 units to cover the convertible style creation. If initial order is 50 units or more admin fee is waived. All future orders will not be subject to the admin fee once the part number is created.


Price

  • All Pricing is determined via stitch count. Please submit artwork to determine stitch count
  • DST File Creation if required is a 50$ Flat Fee.
  • All first time orders under 50 units are applied a 100$ ADMIN Fee 


Conditions

  • No stored inventory.
  • All custom garments are final sales.
  • We can drop ship embroidered goods.
