All custom quotes are sent via email in writing. Verbal quotes will not be honored. All custom goods are final sale, no exceptions, customer is liable to review order confirmations for accuracy.

This article presents the policies related to customized orders requiring a customized production. A customized production is required for regular styles in out of range sizing, in a different fabric, or color as well as for the conception of a new styles. All these scenarios are covered in the sections bellow.

Looking for a customized order only requiring the alteration of  an existing style? See Custom Order Policy | Alterations of existing styles (including logos).

Customized size-length

Definition

A custom size-length production is required when a standard style is ordered but in a size-length out of the norm. Note that in certain conditions, we could be able to shrink a stocked size to a non stock size (e.g. XS, XXS in regular length or S in tall length), which would therefore avoid the need of a customized production.

Concerned styles

A custom size-length production can be triggered for any style currently active.

Lead time

The lead time depends on whether the garment is lined or unlined.

  • Unlined: 15 to 20 weeks
  • Lined (insulated): 25 to 35 weeks (depending on the insulation)

Minimal quantity

Minimum quantity required is 60 units total, including 20 units per size-length. In some instances, 20 units can be accommodated with the approval from the director of production. However, if a stocked size item can be shrunk, no minimum quantity applies.

Price

150% of regular price for a minimum of 60 units. 200% of regular price for only 20 units, when applicable. If we can instead shrink a stocked size to the desired size, then only a flat fee of 50$ per unit would apply.

Conditions

  • No stored inventory.
  • Non stock sizes are final sale.
