Every new email you send or receive from us creates a new ticket. Therefore, a ticket regroups all email exchanges on a given topic. To consult the different tickets in your account, follow the 3 easy steps bellow.


First connection

  1. Locate the Sign up option at the top right of this window and click on it.
  2. Enter your name and the email address you usually use to contact us. 
  3. Confirm you are not a robot. and click on Register.



Not your first connection?

  1. Locate the Login option at the top right of this window and click on it.
  2. Enter the email address you use to contact us and the password you created to access your tickets.
  3. Click on Login.

If you forgot your password, just click on Forgot your password? at the bottom to create a new one.
