Every new email you send or receive from us creates a new ticket. Therefore, a ticket regroups all email exchanges on a given topic. To consult the different tickets in your account, follow the 3 easy steps bellow.
First connection
- Locate the Sign up option at the top right of this window and click on it.
- Enter your name and the email address you usually use to contact us.
- Confirm you are not a robot. and click on Register.
Not your first connection?
- Locate the Login option at the top right of this window and click on it.
- Enter the email address you use to contact us and the password you created to access your tickets.
- Click on Login.
If you forgot your password, just click on Forgot your password? at the bottom to create a new one.
